Scalable User Testing, Built for Design Teams.

Testers run sessions independently. We capture interactions and behaviour. With cloning, easier compliance and variants for A/B testing.

No credit card required. First findings in under 2 weeks.

Big deal

Potential issue

The page you landed on showed a raw error message instead of a real webpage.

Why it matters

Hitting an unexpected technical wall at the start makes it hard to stay engaged.

  • We recruit, schedule, and pay testers from a vetted UK panel. Your team never has to chase availability.
  • Sessions run remotely on the live client site or staging. No facilitators on the call.
  • 12 neurodivergent profiles covered alongside neurotypical baselines, so findings hold up in client meetings.
  • You receive raw video, clicks, voice, and facial reaction data, ready to plug into your existing research stack.

What we extract

No more note taking on video calls. Scale with our Interaction and Behavioural Data.

Three streams of data captured during every session, ready for your researchers to interpret and your account team to put in front of the client.

Stream 01 of 03

Every hesitation, every rage click, every page

Mouse trails, scroll depth, dwell time, rage clicks, form abandonment. Captured automatically on the live client site, with timestamps that map straight to the moments in the recording. No installs, no facilitator scripts, no manual tagging.

  • Rage clicks and frustration zones
  • Hesitation between steps in the journey
  • Scroll depth and attention patterns
  • Form field abandonment and corrections

We clone your site, then iteratively improve it

Your production site is never touched. We create an isolated copy, generate targeted CSS improvements with AI, and validate every change automatically before testers see it.

1

Your production site is never touched. Testing runs on an isolated copy.

2

Forms mocked, analytics stripped, third-party scripts removed. Testers never enter real data.

3

The clone is frozen at a specific moment, so every tester sees the exact same version.

Regeneration loop

When a tester says a variant did not help, AI uses their feedback to generate a better one. Up to 3 attempts per issue.

12 ND profiles assigned using stratified randomisation. Every test round covers the full spectrum of cognitive accessibility needs.

What a finding looks like in your research report

Every finding ships with cohort impact, behavioural deltas, the journey step it appears on, and a fix your team can scope and quote against. A pilot delivers 30 to 50 of these per journey, ready to drop into a client deck.

This is one finding from a recent ecommerce pilot. Client and product details are fictionalised; format and severity model are identical to live engagements.

Checkout abandons spike when delivery options reshuffle on address entry

On step 2 of checkout, four of six testers paused, scrolled back to verify the basket, or abandoned. The selected delivery option silently changed when the postcode resolved to a different zone, with no on-screen confirmation.

Where we fit in your research stack

We plug in alongside the research, design, and QA your team is already running. We are not a one-stop accessibility audit and we do not pretend to be.

  • Friction in real journeys: ambiguity, hesitation, drop-offs
  • Behavioural evidence per cohort, including ADHD, dyslexia, autism, dyspraxia
  • Task-success, dwell, and abandonment metrics with cohort splits
  • Annotated video clips, tester quotes, and screenshots ready for your client deck
  • Optional retest round after fixes ship, with before-and-after deltas
  • Methodology trail your client's compliance lead can audit on request
