How It Works

From study brief to accessibility report in days, not months

Four steps. Real neurodivergent testers on your site. Structured reports your team can act on immediately.

Step 01

Create a study

Define the user journeys you want tested, the pages to cover, and the accessibility goals for your product. Choose which neurodivergent profiles are most relevant to your audience.

  • Set up in under 10 minutes
  • Define specific tasks and success criteria
  • Choose target ND profiles (ADHD, dyslexia, autism, dyspraxia)
  • We handle tester recruitment and matching
Step 02

Matched testers accept

Our platform matches your study to testers whose neurodivergent profiles and device preferences align with your needs. Testers are invited via Telegram and accept at their own pace.

  • Panel of verified neurodivergent testers
  • Matched by profile, device, and expertise
  • Fair compensation at effective rate of £24/hr
  • Testers consent to every data stream individually
Step 03

Testers complete sessions

Each tester installs the OpenScouter browser extension and navigates your site naturally. The extension captures clicks, scrolls, keyboard events, optional facial expressions, and voice feedback in the background.

  • 15-minute sessions, no scripts to follow
  • Behavioural data captured automatically
  • Optional webcam emotion detection (processed locally)
  • Testers can pause or stop at any time
Step 04

Receive actionable reports

Our AI analyses every session and produces a WCAG-mapped accessibility report. Each finding includes severity, the relevant WCAG criterion, and concrete fix recommendations for your developers.

  • Findings mapped to WCAG 2.2 success criteria
  • Severity classification (Critical, Major, Minor)
  • Developer-ready fix recommendations
  • Executive summary for stakeholders

What your team receives

Every study produces structured deliverables designed for different stakeholders in your organisation.
