Frequently asked questions

How is pricing determined?
Pricing depends on the number of user journeys, the depth of testing (number of testers and A/B rounds), and whether you need ongoing testing or a one-off engagement. We scope every project individually so you only pay for what you need.
What is a user journey?
A user journey is a specific task flow on your site, such as opening an account, completing a mortgage application, or navigating your product catalogue. Each journey is tested independently by multiple neurodivergent testers.
How long does a study take?
A Taster study typically delivers results within 2 weeks. Pilot engagements run 4 to 8 weeks depending on the number of journeys and A/B rounds. Enterprise programmes are ongoing.
Who are the testers?
Our panel consists of verified neurodivergent adults across four profiles: ADHD, dyslexia, autism, and dyspraxia. Testers are matched to your study based on their profile, device preferences, and experience. They are compensated at an effective rate of £24/hr.
Which WCAG criteria do you cover, and which do you not?
We map findings to the WCAG 2.2 success criteria that cognitive accessibility research can legitimately observe (typically 1.3.1, 1.4.3, 2.4.6, 3.1.x, 3.2.4, 3.3.x, 4.1.3). The criteria that depend on assistive-technology testing (screen readers, magnifiers, switch devices, e.g. 4.1.2 Name/Role/Value) are listed as out-of-scope in every report and require a separate provider. Can I start with a Taster and scale up?
Absolutely. Most clients start with a single-journey Taster to evaluate the quality and share results with stakeholders, then scale to a Pilot or Enterprise engagement. There is no lock-in at any stage.
Is there a free option?
